Perinatal Massage Training
Perinatal Massage Training is the course I wish I had when I first started working with pregnant and postpartum clients. Over 16 CEU-rich hours approved for NYS licensed massage therapists, I share the maps, mistakes, and refinements gathered from nearly two decades at the table and in the labor room.
You will learn perinatal massage techniques that go far beyond "gentle with bolsters," including side-lying sequences, pelvic and rib work, and postpartum support that respects healing timelines. Fascial release methods give you tools to address mobility restrictions, scar tissue, and compensatory patterns that influence comfort and labor outcomes.
I also emphasize bodywork for pregnancy that is both effective and safe, grounded in anatomy for pregnancy massage so you understand what you are touching and why. Client care and communication modules help you hold space for fear, loss, trauma histories, and complex medical scenarios.
By the end, my aim is that you feel confident, resourced, and truly prepared to serve perinatal clients in a way that changes their experience, not just their hour on the table.
