Prenatal Yoga
My Prenatal Yoga series grew out of years spent watching how pregnant bodies respond in the labor room. These classes are not about perfect poses; they are about preparing your body, mind, and spirit for the work of birth.
Each session weaves together pregnancy mobility practices to keep your pelvis, spine, and rib cage supple, plus gentle stretching that relieves common aches without overtaxing your ligaments. I pay close attention to posture alignment so standing, sitting, and sleeping feel more supported, and so your baby has the best chance at optimal positioning.
Breathwork for labor preparation is threaded throughout. You will practice specific breathing patterns for intensity, for rest, and for staying present when things feel big. Over time, these become familiar, almost like muscle memory.
The series is as much about nervous system regulation and self-trust as it is about movement, helping you walk toward birth feeling more connected to your body and less afraid of its power.
