Childbirth Education
My Childbirth Education offerings were shaped in hospital corridors, home births, and long nights at clients' bedsides, noticing what families wished they had known before labor began. These classes translate that lived experience into clear, grounded guidance.
In labor process workshops, I walk you through each stage of labor using real stories and simple visuals, so the timeline feels less mysterious. Pain management education covers a spectrum-from position changes and touch to breath, sound, and when medical options might make sense-always centering your agency.
Partner support training is one of my favorite pieces: I teach your support person exactly what to do with their hands, voice, and attention so they feel capable instead of helpless. We also explore birth anatomy and physiology, so you understand how your baby and body work together.
By the end, my hope is that you feel less like you are "going into the unknown" and more like you are stepping into a demanding, sacred experience with real tools and language.
